Karen: Keyboards, vocals, percussion
It's an unsubstantiated rumor that Karen came out of the womb singing. As soon as all the goo was washed off, she popped up, raised a pudgy fist pumping the air and belted out "it's a long way to the top if you want to rock and roll !!!". Then it was nap time. She started piano lessons in the 6th grade and stopped after 3 years when she figured out that A) she could learn songs by ear and B) none of her friends really wanted to hear her play Mozart. She's played with various garage/jam bands over the years. She formed her first formal band In 1999 called "Trivox" which, a few years later. she reformed into "The Spamtones". For seemingly no apparent reason, she decided to take opera lessons, studied for 6 years and is "nothing if not loud". "The Spamtones" was recently revamped and renamed "Wild Motion". It should also be noted that her hair color has charged at least 8 times since this photos was taken. Three months ago, it was platinum. Now it's now red. Okay, now it's copper....with highlights.

Steve: Guitar & Vocals
Started playing guitar in 5th grade on an acoustic guitar with very bad action. He switched to a Fender Mustang electric guitar in the 7th grade with (believe it or not) a "Bell and Howell" amp that was originally designed for a home stereo system. Once he got that plugged in, he located a switch called "Mag" which was intended for record players and once that was on, the amp had an incredible over-drive. His parents imediately made him move his rig to the basement where he continued to develop his style. He has been in and out rock bands since 7th grade, played in jazz band in high school and ended up with The Spamtones (now called Wild Motion). Early influences range from Carlos Santana, Jimmy Hendrix, Pink Floyd, and The Captain and Tenile (just kidding).

JD: Drums & Vocals
Much like the mystery of Robert Johnson, it's rumored that Jim "JD" Donofrio was raised in the Outback by dingos and 'roos who put a guitar in his hand because it would make for an outlandish bio in situations like this. His primary instrument is guitar but he also plays bass, contra-bassoon, tuba, mud flute, hub cap and the list goes on. He joined what was then "The Spamtones" in 2004 as a fill-in bass player and occasional guitarist. When the drummer moved to Oregon, JD moved to the drums. In the years since he took over playing drums for Wild Motion, his virtuosity on the drums is legendary (only among the band) and his skill is thrilling to watch.

Bob: Bass & Vocals
Bob is from Canada.
We were going to end it there but in all fairness, he's an accomplished bass player having played in L.A. with bands that were this close to being signed. Or maybe they were signed...but sadly it was uncovered that Bob was from Canada. He joined the band in 2006 when our long time bass player was sent out for beer and didn't come back. Bob has become such a vital and integral part of the band in such a short time that we've all come to affectionately call him......"Bob". We're a sentimental band so it seemed like the right thing to do.

| Chris: Master Sound Guy
Our sound would be seriously lacking if it weren't for our sound guys, Chris Volosing (pictured here) and Aaron Gardner (pictured below). These "Masters of the Board" keep our sound balanced, make sure we can hear ourselves and each other, keep our volume in check, and make us sound good. On rare occasions, they selecte our stage wardrobes and do light grocery shopping.

| Aaron: Master Sound Guy II
Just look at that concentration....these guys are on it. Not only do they manage the board, they help us set up and tear down the plethora of equipment we bring thereby giving us time to sign autographs, kiss babies, and illicit praise, kudos, and tips.
